Our Approach to Design
After designing for clients for well over two decades, we think that a simplified process works best for us and our clients, giving them the best overall results. We use a three-step process, which allows our clients to sit back and relax over the course of their project and trust that it will be completed to their satisfaction, while still maintaining the budget
STEP ONE
Our intake process is step number one. We start by measuring the room to explore possible layouts. This step is to help us set the tone for the design. By the end of our consultation & intake phase we should have established a clear vision of our client’s desires, and then are able to personalize the design process with their best interests in mind. Most importantly by the end of this phase, we have established a full budget and timeline.
STEP TWO
Step two is the design phase. During the design phase, we like our clients to work closely with us to design within their budget and within their aesthetic. We want our clients to know they can trust us to handle the full process from start to finish. This process, taking up to several weeks, includes a full set of plans, a 3D presentation, various selection meetings, and samples to touch and feel. By the end of step two our clients should really be able to start envisioning their new space with everything they have picked.
STEP THREE
Once we have approval of the design, and established the budget, we turn our vision into a reality. That’s where step three comes in. Step three is the most exciting, yet sometimes stressful phase of the project. This is where the construction part comes in such as; electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry. With 20 years’ experience we’ve seen a few things and know that there’s no obstacle that can’t be tackled. We can easily walk you through the whole construction process to reassure you that you’re in good hands.
Project Management
Project management involves defining the projects goals and objectives, Identifying the tasks needed, quantifying the resources needed, and determining budgets and timelines for completion. Our role may vary from project to project, but we can help assist you through the process when it comes to the construction of the space.
Our assistance includes; helping you find electricians, plumbers, HVAC, and carpenters. We also handle services such as; defining the scope of work desired (planning and design ), Schematic services (sets of drawings, material samples, budgets, and 3D perspectives). and Construction Management (ensuring your space is built to specifications, punch lists are completed and payments are administered).
Interior Design
At Casual Kitchen & Bath Design we work extensively to create cohesive, beautiful living spaces. We know that the home is the most important place in the world so we take the time to attend to every detail of your project, helping you avoid any costly mistakes & making the process a rewarding one.
The Interior Design Services we offer include, but are not limited to, paint & material selection, kitchen & bath design concepts, floor plans & 3D perspectives, furniture & accessories selection, and all textiles selections. We are comfortable working with clients from the very beginning of the design process or, even if we come on board to help select materials half way through. We are happy to help you with your project no matter the size.

When making a 3D rendering based on a client's idea, we like to incorporates as many elements as we can, such as view, color, lighting, furniture, decorations, etc.
